Laura's guide to being weird in public :)

I enjoy weirding people out. TV these days gets a little outta hand with the inappropriate sexual humor because they've ran out of less offensive ways to "shock" people. Don't get me wrong, I might make an inappropriate joke or laugh at one myself, but nothing beats the shock factor of doing weird things!
For instance, I'll be driving the road with my window rolled down and singing at the top of lungs. But sometimes...I'll get really into the music and come up with my on sit down choreography and exaggerated facial expressions. So those who know me well enough I will make awkward eye contact with passer by drivers and people at stop lights. Whom, if they're already looking over at me, (as if I'm offend or embarrassed by the look they're giving me) I then proceed with my crazy dance moves and singing the song to them. They look a little shocked at first and then look away as I continue to be the awkward person I am.
Or this one time I had gone to the bank to put some cash away from tips. As you know, when waitresses get tipped we receive a lot of ones... When the teller asked me what I did, I really really wanted to say a stripper. But my father might not have been so proud of that story. There's a time and a place for everything, it's about reading people and then deciding if it's a good idea, especially if you're going to shock someone in person. In a car it doesn't really matter, just don't get in a wreck.
BUT, if you're going out of town, and you will never see any of these people EVER again!? Then have a freaking blast, man!
I remember going to the beach with my parents and a best friend. I was wearing a dress when we showed up to the restaurant we always go to when we go to the coast. I really wanted to spin around in it but I didn't want people seeing my undies. My mom said, "Just do it, you won't see these people again." Thanks mom!! :)
....Later on that trip I ran into my theater directors... While I was in a bikini... They jumped in the pool. Now that was weird!
P.S. If you want to have a little fun in a none tinted car with friends, just tell them the windows are tinted... And let the games begin.
